Newsweek magazine recently undertook a large-scale automotive dealer satisfaction survey for the sixteen states on the east coast of the US. More than 12,000 consumers participated.
There were six dealers that were recognized in the top 1000 overall, they were Flood Ford East Greenwich, Tarbox Hyundai, Bald Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Balise Chevrolet, Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Tasca Ford of Cranston.
Of those, Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of East Providence received the highest score in the state with a 9.4 rating. In addition, the Elmwood dealership’s score was the highest for any Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in the region, including all of new England plus New York and New Jersey.
In an interview with Jay L’Archevesque, the owner of the Elmwood Dealership, he mentioned his team as the reason for their high scores.
