A Quick Note on Our Use of Voice Technology
All of our interviews are the real deal—recorded in person with the actual owners of local businesses who live and work right here in our community. These conversations are unscripted, unfiltered, and totally human (yes, even the awkward pauses). But when it comes time to produce recaps or summaries for the radio show, we sometimes hand the mic to a digital voice assistant. Why? 

Producing high-quality audio segments can cost thousands of dollars—and we wouldn’t be able to include most small businesses. By using this kind of voice technology, we’re able to help them get their message heard on the radio and online, without the kind of production bills that usually come with it. It’s still their story, —just delivered with a little assistance.
